Japanese Version of KMD Course on Service Design Available on FutureLearn from September 20

Senior Assistant Professor Chihiro Sato of the Graduate School of Media Design is teaching a new course on Service Design over on the FutureLearn platform, this time in Japanese.
We are in an era of unprecedented challenge and change, where stability is no longer the norm. Such rapid change requires you more than ever to think outside the box.
In this course, you will learn what service design is and how its methodology can support business domains and entrepreneurial challenges. You will identify the market you want to target and dig deep into your service idea, crossing disciplines as diverse as accounting, IT, marketing, and philosophy. You will also learn how to support your team to grow your business.
